我们发现部分于2024年9月19日至2025年3月14日期间生产的NAB 9迷你电脑存在潜在问题。在极端情况下，这些设备可能出现启动失败，具体表现为异常关机或正常关机后无法开机，且无任何指示灯亮起。经调查，此问题系因供应商为该批次提供的电容材料混用所致。
重要提示：仅限序列号（SN）在指定范围内且出现启动问题的NAB 9用户需联系我们更换设备。

如何确认您的NAB 9是否受影响：
用户可通过检查设备底部的序列号（SN）判断是否属于受影响批次。如果序列号的第三至第五位字符落在以下范围内：
386至526或017至117
且您遇到上述启动问题，则您的设备可能受影响。请参见下图。
*附注：对于386-526范围，这三位SN字符的第三位必须是“6”。
对于017-117范围，这三位SN字符的第三位必须是“7”。

I just got NAB-9 from Amazon.
After activation I installed Chrom browser and noticed that the screen constantly displays moving, floating lines like a waves on the surface of the water of different colors.
The display resolution is automatically set to 1920×980 by the system. And monitor working just fine with other computers I have.
That kind of things I did not expect from something advertised as computer build for 4K and HD resolution.
What should I do?

I purchased a UM680 slim model number MD486VU68QQMQC00023 FOR $232.74 with a 3 year extended warranty from Seel for $33.25. The computer does not work. I get a message on the monitor saying “No Signal” Please send me instructions on how and where to return this product. Thank you for your support and help
